A sophistical rhetorician, inebriated with the exuberance of his own verbosity, and gifted with an egotistical imagination that can at all times command an interminable and inconsistent series of arguments to malign an opponent and to glorify himself.

Depending on what you want, this one might work: http://studl.es/2012/01/pincer-bot/

Actually, the one he posted the photo of is the 2.0 version - http://www.laurensvalk.com/nxt-2_0-only/the-snatcher, which is in the book http://www.amazon.com/LEGO-MINDSTORMS-N ... 866&sr=8-1

It is quite complicated, although easy enough to build with his instructions.

The snatcher is a fantastic robot. I used it as a base for my Pneumo-Snatcher :)

Interesting, how do you switch the pumps?

Is the secret inside the black box?

I have tried to make some sort of binary switch, to control an unlimited number of switches with one motor. But I have not succeeded at that so far.

You mean switch the valves? He used the Servo Operated Pneumatic Valve Kit from mindsensors.

Ohnoes! The valves are out of stock :( I wonder if you can connect a regulator to the servo controller. Insane amounts of brushless power!
