Hey everyone,
I've been using the NXT-G software for about a year but I wanted to get into the leJOS programming so I bought a book called Maximum Lego NXT Building Robots with Java Brains by Brian Bagnall. Using Eclipse I've made tools to compile and download my java code. The compile tool works fine so far as I know. However, when I try to download my program I get this error,
an error occurred: Class HelloWorld.lej (file HelloWorld/lej.class) not found in CLASSPATH C:\Program Files (x86)\leJOS NXJ\lib\classes.jar;.
It's getting really frustrating so any help I can get would be appreciated.

Re: leJOS Downloading error
Hi,
things in leJOS have changed a lot since Brian's book was written. You may want to spend some time reading the tutorials:
http://lejos.sourceforge.net/nxt/nxj/tutorial/index.htm
as a good way to get started. Since it looks like you plan to use Eclipse you may want to use the leJOS Eclipse plug-in rather than creating your own tools. A new version of this has been written recently and you can read about it here:
http://lejos.sourceforge.net/forum/view ... f=7&t=2786
There are a couple of bugs in this release, but a fix is on the way, read about it here:
http://lejos.sourceforge.net/forum/view ... f=7&t=2853
Finally if you have more questions about using leJOS, you may want to post them in the leJOS forums:
