Hi,
I have seen several references to some tragic event that happened to some site called NXTasy. As a relative newcomer here, I think I missed something. What exactly was NXTasy, and what exactly happened to it?

To God be the glory, great things He has done;
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son,
Who yielded His life an atonement for sin,
And opened the life gate that all may go in.
NXTasy was a forum (much like this) that was created around the time the NXT was released.
The forum thrived for a few years, but the only admin moved on to other things, and one day (rather suddenly) the forum disappeared, because the account became inactive.
Tragic, because many discussions were lost. But we move on.
Welcome to Mindboards.

Yeah, we really should contact them, although nxtasy.orgis a redirect. Still, it'll save us some money in the long term if they change it to mindboards.net or even better: mindboards.sf.net.
Actually, LEGO is not oblivious to it, Steven Canvin, the Mindstorms community manager, and I spoke about it just 1.5 weeks ago, he actually brought it up. LEGO's web site team is undergoing some changes so just hold on

Can you pop in and drop them a hint on the LEGO Mindstorms Area51 proposal? I don't have much experience with this, so it'd be great if you could do it. Just tell them to include this link in their Links section. (Non-referral.)
Thanks!

Ah, ok. Well I've just never been very impressed at all with how well LEGO maintains their websites.
