LDD EV3?

Is it possible to use the LDD 4.3 for EV3 models?

In the LDD Extended I found the EV3 parts, but they are all red. Can someone explain this to me? Does the free version not support EV3?

The EV3 parts show correctly when you pick the correct filter.

Choose View -> New themes -> LEGO MINDSTORMS

Then choose the "Filter bricks by boxes" button at the bottom of the Bricks panel. Choose one of the 3 LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 sets listed on that menu.

Beat me to it, John. I thought at last there's a question I can answer. I will add that the EV3 parts are differentiated by "box" so the complete array, correctly colored will only be available in a template of your own creation. Do the filtering and make a collection of the parts from both sets that are of interest. Then use that collection to form a template in each of the three "views" available. Once you do that, you won't have to look around in the "crazy" parts bin that is over there on the left of LDD.
