LEGO NXT battery cover

Post by h-g-t »

I was looking for a spare battery cover to try out some ideas.

I couldn't find anywhere to buy one but came across these alternatives and thought I would post them in case anyone else is looking for a cover. And, yes, I did try to show these as images but it would not work.

First, Philo's well known alternative power supply

Another supply but using a voltage regulator (I think)

And finally, one from Thingiverse

Got a quote of £14 + tax for making this one so I suspect my version will use some old pcb I already have.
