ATmega with NXT

Post by freggel10 »

Hi,
I use the demo version of Bascom and would like to control a ATmega8 on I2C as a slave. The Lego Mindstorms NXT as master.
How can I program the ATmega as a slave?
Thank you!

I don't know how to do what you want; the only AVR I use is an arduino. I know how to do it with a PICAXE 20X2 though...

For help with the AVR program, perhaps you would get more help if you asked on a different forum/site. Although we try to be helpful here, Mindboards is primarily for NXT related discussion, so most of us here don't necessarily program other processors (I don't know of anyone here that programs raw AVRs). However, if you need help with the NXT program, there should be plenty of that here...
