[resolved] Arduino Sketch C issues:vsscanf() and SD files

problems resolved, all functions like
fprintf_()
fgets_()
fscanf_()
which mimic the original C stdio.h functions now are working fine!

1 issue about vsscanf was that int16_t had to be int_32_t instead.
no issues about float.
