"My Blocks" don't show up where they should and can't be deleted. In a simple program I created a simple custom block using the My Blocks Builder tool. It works fine in that program and shows up in the palette. However, other programs, old or new, cannot see that block in the palette. An exhaustive search of the Windows XP file system cannot find even a user "My Blocks" folder. Same bug in Vista, and Windows 7. (I believe Mac OS X 10.6.8 also had this problem.)
Any ideas? I will report this to Mindstorms tech support after I learn more.

Re: EV3 Bug "My Blocks"
Looks like you need to export/import them.
Press the wrench tab next to the program name (project properties). Select the "my blocks" tab. Use the export button to save your block. Import button to put it in a new program.
It works like this in the Mac application.

Re: EV3 Bug "My Blocks"
Thanks! It does work. This method is more work than the NXT way, but it reduces the clutter when you have a larger, more complex design.
Re: EV3 Bug "My Blocks"
The .ev3 file is really just a zip file in disguise, so you can easily pull bits and pieces out of it that way.
