Hi well my first post i want to ask a question when i got my mindstorm 2.0 version i got two cd one said new version the other said nothing.Whats the difference ?

I have no idea. None of my NXTs came with more than one CD. If you want to program using NXT-G (the provided retail software), then you should use the 2.0 CD to install NXT-G. You could put the other CD in the computer, and see what it is though.

I assume you mean one says something like:
"LEGO MINDSTORMS "
and the other says
"LEGO MINDSTORMS 2.0"
in that case, they simply didn't mark the first version as 1.0, because that usually makes people ask "is there a 2.0 coming?"
