New user group: moderated

I've created a new user group for people who can't seem to act like good Netizens, called "moderated". If you find yourself in this group, all your posts will have to be approved by one of the four moderators of these forums.

Depending on your subsequent behaviour, you will be transferred back to the normal "Register Users" groups. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions by creating a new user or anything like that will be met with a perma-ban.

well, I actually liked the pink color. It made my name look more like a moderator...

yes I know, it's a hard job to moderate and to keep moderate.
Not all people manage to maintain this balance.

I have no problems with diverging opinions, I have a problem with trolls.
