You should use an objective article about DRM instead, using the description from an anti-DRM organization just isn't trustworthy.
Anyway, restricting users will not solve the issue, it will just make pirating bloom. The ones not willing to pay for it will not do it anyway, but some of the users that were willing to might not continue to so if the copyrights holders impose on them too much.
