Hi guys,
took a while to test the circuit.
It doesn't work!
Is it possible that I need different
pullup resistors?
Cheers

Re: NXT: How to use external power supply for non-LEGO-sensors?
Hi, thanks to You Matt for the quick reply!! Lipo output is regulated at 5V and that´s fine for the sensors. Good to know, that the NXT can handle that too. This "common ground thing" still gives me some headaches. Do I have to connect the GNDs of the NXT with the GND of the Lipo, like th...

NXT: How to use external power supply for non-LEGO-sensors?
Hi everybody, I allready posted this to the German Mindstorms forum, but did not get any final hints. Maybe You guys can give me some ideas. This is what I do: I have several ultrasonic sensors (Devantech SRF10) connected to my NXT brick. The I2C circuit for this is straight forward and even I- as a...

Mindsensors SensorMUX - channel broken?
Hi guys, is someone in here using the Mindsensors SensorMUX? other than a hardware defect: is there another reason why all my sensors work flawlessly on channel 2-4 of the SensorMUX but on channel 1 just the touch sensor is reacting? I´m using NXC and the only thing i change in the code is the chan...

Re: NXC: Mindsensor 8 channel servo - Servo blocks
I just wanted to let You all know, that I solved the problem.
The reason for those blocked servos was my power supply.
Yesterday I powered the 8 channel with an 3s Lipo (1200 mAh, 5A max.)
and the arm worked!!
Cheers

NXC: Mindsensor 8 channel servo - Servo blocks
Hi, I allready posted my problem on the Mindsensors forum last year - without any response. Maybe You guys can give me a hint? I´m using a pair of HITEC HS-5585 MH Servos to to lift a 300g can. The robot arm is 25cm long and the servos have a stall torque of 14 kg.cm. Tests of the strength of the c...

Re: NXC: problem with reading out the servo position
Hey! First no response and now 6! Thanks a lot so far. I did´t do anything fancy. Yes, doc-helmut, You´re right. I just got my idea to read out the values from the Mindsensor's servo manual, not any general NXC i2c guide. My code seems to work - somehow. As You can see in my test program, I´m set...
