Bricx compiler - error only appearing when brick connected

Hi,

Compiled some nxc code in Bricx and it was fine, connected NXT brick firmware version 131 and it started to through up loads of compile errors, none seem to be justified.
Bricx version is 3.3.8.9

Any ideas what's going on?
