New version of NeXT Commander

Version 0.6.0.0 of NeXT Commander has been released. :D This release adds an automatic update checker, and has some “under the hood” changes. Get it here!

You should keep this in one thread, and update it each time you want to tell us there's a new version. It'll automatically bump to the top.
