you are supposed to open the zip file in windows explorer then copy the files to your computer then open the .nxc file

You're missing most of the characters; what happened to all the poor <0x20s (excluding CR and LF)?

Yeah, it's a compressed file, and most likely .zip, as nxtboyiii is the one who posted it. (I could tell that from "16platformer.nxc<junk>".)

Are you not using Windows XP+? If so, it should be built in. If it isn't (or even if it is), download and install the great free and open source program, 7-Zip. (It may be FLOSS, but do I look like a lawyer?)
