Controlling degrees and time in NXT-G

Hello, I'm a newbie here, and I have my first question.
So here's my question:
I s it possible to control the time and the degrees that the motor turns in NXT-G? I mean, both at the sametime?
Also, is there are software not necessarily NXT-G that lets me work like an animator? So instead of telling my robot how much it's got to move in numbers, I just hook it up to the computer, go to a certain timeframe, and turn the motor around to where I want it to be?

Thnks in advance!

If you mean like eg.. move for 500 degrees or 5 seconds - whichever the shortest -- you could do something like this
NXT-G screen shot
