Parring a Bluetooth device without a passkey

Hi,
Maybe I'm doing something wrong here but I'm trying to pair my NXT with a Bluetooth device that doesn't need a passkey. I see the device connect to it and the NXT prompts me for a passkey, which it defaults to 1234. I hit the grey button and 1234 goes away but I highlight the check mark, hit the orange button and it goes back to the list of devices. Can I connect without it prompting for a passkey?

Thanks

What device are you trying to connect to?

A passkey is required for the bluetooth pairing process. Some devices (like a mouse) usually have a passkey of "0000".

A Wiimote. I'd rather not use Glovepie. I want to see if I can use NXC. I've tried using 000000 and 000 and I keep getting "Line busy" or it just pops out to the list of BT devices.

Thanks

I assume that's 4 zeros? How do I clear the "Line is busy" message?

Thanks
