I keep this forum open as a pinned tab in my browser and refresh it every day to see if there's any new posts. Is there a better way to keep up with new posts? Currently I get email notifications whenever someone replies to an post I've followed, but is there a way to get email notifications from all site activity?

Or at the very least, some method that doesn't require me to always keep a tab pinned/repeatedly coming back here and checking?

Not as far as I know, I too tend to just keep the site open in a tab.
