I am brand new to NXT so bear with me. I have a few blocks in the MindStorms app and connected the data hubs with data wires. When move a block, all the wires connected to the block gets deleted. Is this normal? This is a major pain in the @$$.

Yes, it is and yes, it is!
One of the things which finally drove me to try the Bricx Command Center and NXC - a decision I have never regretted.
Best way is to try and break your program into small MyBlocks (subroutines) so that you don't have to move things about so much.

Great thanks for the reply. So I am not entirely idiotic... WTF were they thinking! It uses Labview. Wonder if National Instruments have any comments on this. No luck with google on the problem either.
