They've mentioned TheNXTStep and NXTasy since before 2006 (that's when I started), so I'm sure it won't be "illegal". Besides, it's their website.
Whether Customer Support or whoever we contact has enough privileges to change this is another matter...

True, but TheNXTStep and NXTasy weren't big companies (i'm not saying it's illegal)

Oh man, I feel so stupid asking such a noob question, I guess I'm just new to the StackEchange system, but why am I unable to rate questions or comment on them? I don't see any buttons here:
And when I try to click on the closest thing that looks like it, a window pops up:
I'm logged into my account, I'm commited to that proposal, and I've checked my profile to ensure that I have the privileges to rate questions good, flag them, and leave comments. So I can't see the problem, Does my account have to be of a certain age?
