John, nexttool is amazing! Just the thing I need! I payed around with it and (so far) I haven't noticed any bugs.

It took me some time to figure out how to use it, so here is an example for all mac users. Open up "Terminal" and input following (of course with your own directories and settings).

/Users/luketaylor/Desktop/nexttool nexttool /COM=usb -run="Program.rxe"

This will run the program named "Program" on your NXT.
