haha, so that's my problem. I got LDraw forever ago and have just been grabbing new "unofficial" parts as they come out, I tried to get every unofficial package out there to date, thinking it might be in one of them but not in the official one yet, you know? Well, thanks again!

P.S. If it's in the official parts, why didn't it come up in any searches???

You are not supposed to search for them (except locally in your CAD software) since they are in the library...
Though it is by no way a good method to get official parts, you may retrieve any one individually using the way shown here.

These are parts from authors who didn't signed the LDraw Contributor Agreement. You can use them, but you are not supposed to redistribute them, eg with a software tool, on a CD... The number of such parts is low now as many of them were re-written by author who ratified the LDraw Contributor Agreement.
