Xander - have you done or seen any experiments with the energy meter? it got a lot of press but now seems to have fizzled out a bit.
No, but it's a LEGO Education product, so they tend to market to the schools. I am sure they have a curriculum for it.

Ahh, well now that I have one I plan on doing a lot of experiments checking efficiency of various drive train, wheel and weight combinations. I'll probably do a little write up on what I find.
