The best OS is the one you don't notice because it doesn't interfere with what you're doing.

The best OS is stable, secure, and allows the geek to choose what permissions an .exe will have.

(This way, you can run viruses for kicks, and whatchem squirm, trying to figure out why their OS is called "Not applicable", and why they can't seem to be able to get any inputs. You can do this with a sandbox/VM, of course, but they get their [possibly fake] inputs.)

Now you make the dangerous assumption that people (especially geeks) actually know the implications of enabling or disabling certain features in the OS. I can safely say that I am quite well versed in the workings of Linux (I have almost 17 years experience) but working with something like SELinux requires very in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of the Linux kernel, the file system and other resources. Windows has a role-based access system but have you ever looked at all the abilities that can be assigned to a role? It's a dizzying array of 1000s of resources that can be read, written, deleted, etc. You cannot tell me that you possess the knowledge to either create a new Windows role or SELinux policy that can safely allow a virus or worm to run on that system.
