I'm home schooled as well.
Wow you too Matt? There really are more homeschoolers on this forum than I thought! Also, I think Joey said on "Spark Fun Free Day!" that he used to be homeschooled!
hassenplug wrote: haydenstudios, I've gotten the impression that you're not too old, yourself. I know a lot of people that claim to be very mature, that are not able to suck it up and say what you've said. I'm pretty sure thoughtful comments like that will go a long way towards creating a very positive opinion of you in this forum (and any others you may find yourself in, in the future).

very good.

Thanks

Thank you! That really, really means a lot to me, coming from an MCP 4 member!

I'll let you in on a dirty little secret, all members of the MCP4 are, in fact, mere humans, although there have been some tenacious rumours about Steve's human-ness. I, for one, think he's a giant minifig dressed in a Steve-suit.

MCP4 does not make us better than any of you, just remember that. It just means we've given our souls to Lego through numerous Non-Disclosure Agreements and other fun forms.

And, if I'm not mistaken, you also don't really get paid at all. Am I right? I know you can tell us only so much because of said NDAs but surely you can at least tell us how much you (don't) get paid?

We don't get paid for being in the MCP4, no. We are compensated for our time in other ways :)

Yup...I WAS home schooled, but I'm doing public school this year. I am going to do home schooled next year (2011-2012).

I never realized how many homeschoolers there were either! It's kind of cool :-)

Ha! Whenever I think of people forgetting passwords, I always think of this one time when I was ten, and our grandparents gave us this old, slow computer with a broken sound card that we hardly ever used, and I did some stuff with it. Then, I put a password on the only user there was, and forgot it  ! But nobody was really mad at me because there were no important files on it anyway, and it was practically useless :) .
Now fastforwarding to two years later when I was 12, and that computer was useless
But before we threw it out, I extracted its CD drive and floppy drive, and my older brother salvaged the harddrive and its memory!
