Build a car with 2 or more sensors and own actions

Hello,
I'm new to this forum. In Using a EV3 and I'm trying to build a car with 2 sensors, a color sensor and a Ultrzone sensor.
I can make an action if on of the sensors is triggered. But I would like to have a seperat action for each sensor, this should be possible, I think. But I cannot find enough information to build it.

I've added my program as a attachment. I hope somebody can give me some help to get on the road with my project.
