what about file upload in posts?
if I try to upload *jpg the forum says: file is invalid!
???
file is quite ok!!!

Yeah, this is a known issue. You may want to host your images elsewhere. Since this application (the forums) is going to be moved to the website part of SourceForge, we'll make sure it'll work when that happens.
