Win 7 PC freezes on Find Brick (RCX2)

Post by foamcleaver »

Hi everyone
If I start amending a program before connecting to the RCX and then take the Find Brick option from the tools menu the program ceases to respond. Even Task Manager cannot delete the process - generally I can reboot which is irritating - once I had to unplug the power cable and pull the battery (which is worse than irritating). Any ideas?

I think so; I'm using the one at http://www.robotc.net/files/rcxdriver.zip. See the thread just below this one in the Hardware forum.

I would try the one I linked to. It is the the one afanofosc (A.K.A. The creator of bricxcc) suggests
