Installation on Mac

Hello,

I want to install Mindstorms on my Mac OS X 10.6.7. I ran Install.app, and restarted my computer.

In the /Applications/LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT folder I see the following 3 files: MINDSTORMS Options.ini, Uninstall_LEGO_NXT.sh, engine.


I can't find the executable of Mindstorms. How can I start the editor and start programming?

The Installer doesn't run properly on 10.6.x (Snow Leopard).
Go to http://mindstorms.lego.com/en-us/suppor ... px#Patches and look under "Snow Leopard Fix" for the patch that would allow you to run the installer.
Basically it makes a copy of the files from the CD-Rom to the Hard Disk, and patch the configuration file so that it can run.
