Doc,

I am not sure why that is, I've never messed with those settings in the forum admin panel. I can't seem to post a PNG either.

I've submitted a ticket: https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourc ... cket/23086

Got this in the mail just now:
Hello,

I believe this issue is related to long-standing issues with our Hosted Apps proxy, so I'm going to file this ticket as such. With that said though, due to current priorities, while we acknowledge this issue, I don't expect that we will be able to address it in the near future. We'll let you know when we are able to.

Regards,
Chris Tsai, !SourceForge.net Support
So I can only suggest you use some off-site image hosting place to post pictures in the forum.

Imgur.com is a good anonoyms image host that supports JPEG, GIF, PNG, APNG, TIFF, BMP, PDF, XCF (GIMP) (TIFF, BMP, PDF and XCF formats will be converted to PNG on upload). Learn more at http://imgur.com/faq
