NXT - matlab connection

Post by lorenzo090 »

Hi,

I'm new to lego Mindstorm projects but as soon as I got in touch with these devices, I've been absolutely get addicted! :)

At the moment I'm trying to control a Lego Vehicle through Matlab. I correctly completed the installation and I'm able to control the Vehicle thanks to RWTH libraries. Actually I was not satisfied. So I've created a GUI to avoid writing single commands in the command window.

The weird thing is that, if I run the debug step by step, everything goes fine. Instead if I run the GUI as a function Matlab crashes. It seems to me that there is a problem of buffer. Have you ever had such a kind of problem? Is there a way to work it out?

I've updated the firmware to 1.31 version. Is it compatible with MotorControl22?

Thank you very much for your help
Lorenzo
