Re: NXT 2.0 Mainboard burned
If it's a LEGO NXT, call LEGO and ask for a replacement.

Re: Newbie seeks advice from jedis
Hiya sbala, The EV3 Retail set ( 31313 ) is a great robotics kit and would allow you to do a great many things. There are plenty of books available, one of which is my favourite, Laurens Valk's " The LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 Discovery Book ". The book has everything to get your started with building and ...

Re: hw brickbench: Benchmark test for NXT and EV3
Oh, I didn't change that part, this is what's shipped with 4.x. I'll fix the header in the benchmark when the next batch of functionality gets added to ROBOTC.

Re: Robot Arm using EV3 Home kit
This model is awesome! Nice job. Do you think you could make an LDD model of this? I am sure other people will like this. You should post it on the MINDSTORMS EV3 Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/legomindstorms/

ROBOTC 4.09 Beta 1 (EV3 Support) Available Now!
The ROBOTC development team is happy to finally have a first BETA version of ROBOTC for LEGO Mindstorms with support for the EV3 available. This version is what we would call a “rough beta†version, but we’re happy enough with the progress made to make a version available for everyone to use. ...

Re: hw brickbench: Benchmark test for NXT and EV3
Helmut,
I've added it to the samples folder that comes with ROBOTC 4.x. I am not able to access that stuff right now, but I will when I get home.

Re: hw brickbench: Benchmark test for NXT and EV3
Display output tests are impossible right now, since the functionality has not been implemented yet. I implemented a native shellsort opcode for char arrays and it showed a 1000-fold speed up, when compared to running the same algorithm in ROBOTC. I haven't had time to make it work for other types y...

Re: Controlling RCX with Windows 7 PC
LEGO does not care about the RCX anymore. I'm sure it's fine to distribute.
